18th & Vine is Kansas City's historic jazz district. The Negro Leagues Baseball Museum and the American Jazz Museum share one building, and the Mutual Musicians Foundation hosts late-night jam sessions. Arthur Bryant's, a famous slow-smoked barbecue stop, is nearby.
